Our trade team works with contractors on all levels of projects, from small house renovations to large-scale office developments and rail infrastructure. We know the importance of getting a material in under budget whilst not compromising on quality.
Whilst we will always do what we can to keep a specified material on the project and at a market-beating price, we understand that sometimes the costs do not add up. For this reason, we have a selection of alternative equivalent tile materials that will add value to your tender.
TIf you are carrying out a value engineering exercise on our specified materials, please get in touch to discuss your requirements and we will look into how we can make the product work for you, or if we have any VE alternatives that meet commercial requirements.
For contractors carrying out repairs or replacement of terrazzo or other materials, please send us an image of the tile you are trying to match and we will be able to offer either a match or something close. If you can send us an actual sample of the material we will send to our factory to create a replica if possible.
