When we share your data

We never sell your data to third parties. We only share data with our trusted transport companies or suppliers when you place an order with us, so that we can deliver your goods. We will always ask first if we need to share your data in any other way.

Sample Requests

When you ask for a sample, we need your delivery address and contact details to be able to send them to you. Our free samples are sent via Royal Mail and your contact details are only used to create postage labels. They are never shared with third parties. Full tiles are delivered via UPS and your contact details are only used to create postage labels

We also ask you questions to better assist you such as approximate coverage required, the area where you will be installing, how you heard about us and if you would like to receive our newsletter. We never share this information with third parties and all data is kept on a database purely for in-house analysis to improve customer experience and to help us better understand our audience.

When you get in touch with us via telephone, email or via our website for any enquiries and information, we will request a name, contact number and email. This might also be the case when visiting our showrooms. Usually we need this data for the purpose of providing further information, giving quotations and offering the highest level of customer service. We may also ask for your address in order to quote delivery costs. The data collected from your enquiry is only ever used for follow-up and is never shared with any third parties.

Placing an order

In order to process and order, we require your name, invoice and delivery address, your email address and a contact telephone number, both when placing an order through our website or over the phone.

This data is stored on our secure system and will be used for producing an invoice which we will send you via email, for arranging delivery and to contact you in case we need anything else in order to make sure you receive your goods smoothly and efficiently.

We only share your contact details with our trusted haulage company in order for your goods to be delivered to you.  We work closely with several transport companies who are also GDPR compliant and who we believe can be trusted with to keep your information confidential.

Please be aware this will result in no further communications and we will be unable to send out samples, offers and any orders of goods. Future customers will have to check a box on our online checkout to say they agree with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR to request a sample or place an order.
